More choice behind the bar with Airex

In modern hospitality venues, the back bar does more than keep drinks cold. It plays a key role in presentation, workflow and the overall customer experience. Expanding on its existing refrigeration offering, Airex by Stoddart is introducing a new range of full-height back bars designed for busy bars, pubs, restaurants and hotels.
Joining the already established compact back bar range, the new full-height models provide greater flexibility for different venue sizes and layouts. Featuring frameless heated glass doors as standard, the cabinets use double-glazed Low-E Argon-filled heated glass to reduce condensation while keeping products clearly visible throughout service.
Inside, concealed full-height vertical LED lighting creates a clean, modern display and helps products stand out behind the bar. Dimmable lighting also allows venues to adjust the atmosphere from daytime service through to evening trade.

The range has been designed with storage capacity in mind, with the four-door model holding up to 460 standard bottles, helping reduce restocking interruptions during busy periods. Airex back bars also operate using environmentally friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, delivering efficient cooling performance with lower environmental impact.

Beyond front-of-house refrigeration, Airex is also expanding its kitchen refrigeration solutions with the latest Chef Base range. Designed to sit beneath live cooking equipment, the units provide practical refrigerated ingredient storage directly within the preparation area. These units are available in multiple sizes with two to four drawer configurations that support GN pan configurations. The Airex Chef Bases are built to support fast-paced commercial kitchens with durable construction, practical storage and energy-efficient performance.
