Lynell Peck appointed ICC Sydney Director of Culinary Services

AEG Ogden today announced the appointment of Lynell Peck as the International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney) Director of Culinary Services.

A senior practitioner with more than 30 years in hospitality and event management at leading five star venues, Lynell joins ICC Sydney following a stellar four years as Executive General Manager for Hospitality, Events and Operations at the Australian Turf Club. Lynell spent 17 years of her career with Australian Jockey Club Ltd across a variety of food and beverage roles that culminated with Executive Director for Hospitality and Events.

Lynell’s appointment is a key part of the venue’s Culinary Plan, which will ensure ICC Sydney delivers world class, creative cuisine while encompassing the AEG Ogden philosophy to deliver a seasonal, locally-supplied, superior food and beverage experience.
