Action, Let’s Cook! – Moke Dining

Today we head down the Mornington Peninsula to Flinders, where we find Michael Cole and MOKE for his signature dessert - Chocolate Hazelnut Composition.

With 20 years experience and having won the Chef of The Year competition in 2017 and 2019 in addition to being Australia's candidate for Bocuse d'Or 2019 you know you are in for a fine dining treat!

Michael showcases his skills with the finesse of the tuile which tops the chocolate dessert containing five different chocolate components. 

Moke Dining is relaxed bespoke deliciousness with a twist of fantastic Flinders coastal country flair. 

Chef Michael delivers locally-driven seasonal shared menus and an impressive wine list from local vineyards, interstate and overseas, along with local beer and cocktails to accompany dishes such as scallops, peas and lemon butter sauce to start.

Main courses like beef, crispy potato cakes, carrots and leeks are sure to entice, or perhaps salmon marinated in miso and ginger; finishing with indulgent dessert offerings of parsnip ice cream, strands of pear, warm chocolate cake and citrus sorbet.
