Three Beans dishes up healthy menu

Fresh, healthy meals are the focus at Three Beans.

Nestled just inside the Old Castle Hill Rd entrance of Castle Towers, the cafe offers all-day breakfast and a range of wraps, salads and sandwiches for lunch featuring free-range and organic ingredients.

Manager Joy Wang, of Cherrybrook, took over the store two years ago, after a long time working in the hospitality industry.

Three Beans is her first venture as an owner and the busy cafe is thriving, with tables quickly filling up most lunchtimes.

The cafe prides itself on catering to dietary requirements and offers gluten-free, dairy-free, low-fat and vegetarian options.

“Our philosophy is to be as healthy as possible,” Ms Wang said.

The cafe uses organic coffee of its own blend, roasted in Chatswood, and served in big mugs.

A selection of organic teas are also available, along with single-origin hot chocolate.

For something refreshing, try the cafe’s freshly-made juices, or smoothies, blended with fruit and vegetables from Sydney’s markets.

The cafe is part of the Three Beans franchise, which has stores around Sydney, and the delicious, creamy fetta and semi-dried tomatoes that feature in many of its dishes are made from scratch in a central kitchen in Balgowlah.

Three Beans Castle Towers is a great spot to stop in and enjoy a meal or afternoon tea while you watch the busy Castle Towers patrons bustle by.
