Pan Pacific Perth takes home two awards at the Australian Hotels Association WA Accommodation Awards 2016

Following on from the success at the annual Expedia Awards Ceremony two months ago, Pan Pacific Perth continued to excel in Australian Hotels Association (AHA) WA Accommodation Awards 2016, taking home two awards, namely Best Accommodation Hotel Marketing and Best Concierge.

Held on Monday night at Crown Perth, the travel industry’s elite came together to celebrate Western Australia’s exclusive Hotel Accommodation awards. The Best Accommodation Hotel Marketing was awarded to Pan Pacific Perth’s 2015/16 summer leisure campaign, ‘Pacific Escapes’, while Stuart Spicer, Concierge Supervisor at the hotel, took home the title of WA’s Best Concierge for his passion in providing refreshing and enriching experiences to his guests.

“I love meeting guests who are new to Perth and sharing with them what the city has to offer. I am very lucky to be able to do this alongside with our experienced and knowledgeable concierge team at Pan Pacific Perth,” says Stuart Spicer.

John Kockan, Pan Pacific Perth General Manager says, “It is an honour to be acknowledged once again in the AHA Accommodation Awards. Our team is our biggest asset and together with the recent enhancements to the hotel, Pan Pacific Perth continues to stand out from this year’s keen competition. These awards are the greatest testaments to our hard-working and well-deserving team, and I would like to congratulate Stuart and the entire hotel who unwavering dedicated to striving for excellence and upholding our outstanding service standards.”

Pan Pacific Perth was also a finalist in three other categories including Best Front Office Employee, Best Hotel Chef, and Best Food and Beverages Services Employee.

The AHA awards are recognised as one of the top ten events in Western Australia and the night was celebrated in the elegant style of the Devi’s Lair Gala Ball with a specially crafted menu complimented by premium wines, beers and spirits.
