Bespoke Refrigeration at Coal Cellar Grill Restaurant (Hilton Hotel SA)
The highly sort after Coal Cellar + Grill Restaurant at Hilton Hotel in Adelaide (SA) was a project Baker Foodservice Equipment were built for. With a bespoke refrigerated cake and charcuterie case specified in the project, there was only really one company that could handle such a design.
Along with locally manufactured refrigerated displays, we also supplied and installed Zesti custom manufactured Char grill, Smoker and electric pizza oven which is a standard for Hilton Hotel sites across the world. Skope was the specified supplier for the remote refrigerated cases, with the Waldorf Bold in black by Moffat being the Kitchen equipment supplied on plinth with amazing results.
Other specialised equipment included Cooktek Incongneeto induction units, Halton exhaust hoods, and custom manufactured stainless steel equipment. We worked with Mossops on this project who along with the client were wrapped with the end product.
