This year, UNOX will have two stands operating at Foodservice Australia – Royal Exhibition Buildings, Carlton from Sunday, May 28th – Tuesday 30th.

Stand #A10 will feature the MIND.Maps combi ovens in action, with Live Cooking demonstrations run by our Corporate Chefs, throughout the 3 days. You can also view our – ChefTop, BakerTop, LineMissTop, and LineMiss ranges. Our National Sales team will be on site to answer any questions you may have in relation to how your business could benefit with the UNOX oven technology.

This year we are excited to showcase guest Chef’s from around Australia who work with UNOX ovens in their kitchens, everyday;

We will also be demonstrating the SpidoCook contact grill technology on Stand #A9. You will have the opportunity to witness the ease in which these machines can cook a variety of different food types, quickly, hygienically and with very little mess, clean up or fuss.
