New Criocabin Explorer counter by Baker Refrigeration
At the recent 2015 Fine Foods Exhibition at Sydney’s Olympic Park, Baker Refrigeration showcased the new model Explorer serve-over counter by Criocabin Italy. The standard production counter features a static refrigerated coldplate with overhead coil, providing a higher level humidity inside the refrigerated space more-so than traditional ventilated counters. Other standard features include square-fronted design with lift-up front glass, double glazed end panels and rear sliding doors, front ambient air screen and two rows of LED lighting under the overhead coil.
The case was in operation at the show and was loaded with a range of fresh meat products from a local supplier in Sydney. Baker Refrigeration already has orders for the case and they look forward to the model flourishing in the marketplace.
