Steer Bar & Grill will move from Chapel Street in Claremont Street in South Yarra after negotiating a lease on a 202sq m property worth $160,000 per year.
The site was previously leased by Touche Hombre and Claremont Tonic, with the latest deal negotiated by Fitzroys agent Daniel Noonan.
Mr Noonan said Steer Bar & Grill had been looking for a more suitable premises.
“In addition, Steer Bar & Grill is looking to capitalise on the rapidly evolving location with the dramatic increase of residential development within the immediate area,” he said.
