The 6th Hunter Valley Annual Food Fight

Chef Matt Kemp is host to this year’s Hunter Valley Food Fight, during which some of the region’s best chefs will compete to make the best three-course lunch. Two teams will face each other, with chefs such as Troy Rhoades Brown of Muse Dining on one side and James Viles of Biota Dining on the other side. Using only fresh and local produce, these chefs will have to do their best to convince the judges. But most importantly, you can attend and judge their dishes yourself.
