Icebergs

Renowned around the world as one of Sydney’s greatest bars, Icebergs is a venue that takes the thrill factor to the extreme. Located on the iconic Bondi Beach, The Terrace and an adjacent swimming pool directly overlook the ocean, allowing guests to experience sights and the seasons from a spectacular vantage point.

Icebergs Dining Room and Bar offers facilities for a range of events, from canapé and drinks receptions to formal sit-down dinners, with a private room available for exclusive bookings. A private balcony means corporate guests won’t miss out on the views that have made Icebergs one of the go-to restaurants in Australia.

Momofuku Seibo

With additional restaurants in New York and Toronto, Momofuku Seibo is the Momofuku chain’s first restaurant to open outside North America. The restaurant is located at The Star, Sydney’s only five-star casino and multi-purpose event centre, which can host a variety of meetings and conferences.

As well as a bar and a main dining area that has a constantly changing tasting menu, a private dining area can accommodate up to ten guests, with an events team that can also put on private functions for larger groups.

Quay

Quay is located in Circular Quay, near the Overseas Passenger Terminal and one of Sydney’s most popular and upscale areas. Its uninterrupted views of the Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge is a draw for event professionals looking to impress delegates, whether it is during the middle of the day or as the sun is setting behind the city skyline.

The restaurant can cater for small, intimate dinners or evening receptions for up to 300 people. The Upper Tower includes floor-to-ceiling glass windows that overlook the bustling Sydney Harbour and can serve up to 32 people seated.

The 242sqm Green Room is a common venue for press launches, private parties, corporate functions and international business meetings, with the added thrill of 240-degree views of the harbour. Groups of 100 can be hosted for sit-down dinners, while 180 can be hosted for drinks receptions.

Rockpool

One of Australia’s most awarded restaurant groups, all of Rockpool’s restaurants are named in Gourmet Traveller’s top 50 restaurant list and the Sydney venue is considered the jewel in its crown. The restaurant is situated on the ground floor of the historic Burns Philp Building on the centrally located Bridge Street.

Rockpool’s Private Dining Room is ideal for intimate events for up to 14 guests. The venue also offers space for up to 16 diners that want to enjoy the atmosphere of a vibrant dining area. For larger groups, the restaurant is available for exclusive full venue hire for 90 seated and 120 for a drinks reception.
