Salter Brothers Hospitality launches unified booking platform Worlds Apart

Salter Brothers Hospitality (SBH) has launched Worlds Apart (worldsapart.club), an all-in-one booking platform bringing its portfolio of stays, dining, wellness and events together under a single brand.
The platform is aimed at creating a seamless and aspirational guest experience across its hospitality and lifestyle brands in Queensland, NSW and South Australia. The group’s line-up includes Spicers Retreats and Bannisters Group, as well as Ardour Hotels & Estates from 2026, including Ardour Lilianfels Blue Mountains, which is slated to officially reopen in mid-2026.
The SBH portfolio spans 19 luxury retreats, hotels and lodges, featuring 29 restaurants and a collection of luxury day spas.
Worlds Apart is positioned as a central hub for guests to explore and book experiences across SBH’s growing network through an intuitive, visually rich interface designed to reflect the group’s signature style.
“Worlds Apart is more than a booking tool, it’s a gateway to exceptional journeys,” Salter Brothers Hospitality COO Tash Tobias said. “We’re elevating how guests experience us. It’s not only about convenience, but also about creating a streamlined, inspiring journey from discovery to booking.
“Our new platform reflects SBH’s vision for a connected, elevated experience that brings our diverse offerings together under one intuitive digital destination, reinforcing our position at the forefront of luxury travel.”
