Rockpool’s celebrity chef Neil Perry announces Omega Appliances collaboration
NEIL Perry has pretty much all culinary bases covered.
He’s an accomplished chef, owns numerous restaurants, consults for Qantas and this week launched a collaboration with Omega appliances. That’s on top of the nine cookbooks he’s released.
“Anything involving food I am trying to get my fingers into,” Perry told Confidential ahead of last night’s launch at his Rockpool venue.
“I’d certainly like to do a set of knives one day or something of that nature because I think knives and chopping boards are things that people forget to look after.”
The Omega collection has been three years in the planning and includes a number of ovens, cooktops and a wine fridge.
