Recipe: Smoked Beef Brisket and Onion Roll

Method
- Preheat grill to high heat. On a lined tray top brisket with provolone and grill until the cheese has melted.
- Preheat fryer to 170 then fry the onion rings until golden, remove, season, and set aside.
- Heat non-stick frying pan to medium heat, grill Soft Turkish Rounds on buttered sides until golden and toasted.
- In a bowl mix together the salad of iceberg, dill, parsley and daikon.
- To build: Spread the base of the Turkish Round Roll with barbecue sauce, top with cheesy brisket, tomato, salad mix, pickles and onion rings.
- On the top of the roll spread the ranch, then add to the top of the burger. Serve immediately for best results.
