Uniwell introduces new Partner Program for key resellers

Uniwell POS Australia has a 20 year history of providing reliable, robust cash registers and touchscreen POS terminals through a nationwide network of experienced point of sale resellers. But the needs and expectations of hospitality and food retail businesses have changed dramatically in recent times, as has the way that most business owners research and select their Point of Sale system.

With these factors in mind, Uniwell POS Australia has developed a new endorsement and quality assurance program for key POS resellers from around Australia that are primarily focused on supporting Uniwell POS products.

Starting in selected capital cities, Uniwell is appointing ‘Uniwell4POS Solution Partners’. These resellers will be required to put in place Uniwell’s quality assured processes for POS system installation and support. In turn, Uniwell4POS Solution Partners will receive increased product, marketing and client services training, along with a closer working partnership and active endorsement from Uniwell.

Why We Still Utilise Local Resellers

The POS industry has undergone a massive transformation in recent years. Many POS developers and importers have chosen to deal directly with hospitality businesses from around the country (and the world) through a central head office or call centre. Often, software is simply paid for and downloaded from a website, with the end-user left to set it up themselves with the aid of some online help. While this may be suitable for simplistic installations, complex sites often need more from the POS provider.
