Culture is key to innovation, says cafe owner
THE desire to work with others motivated The Art of Bean co-owner Michael "Harry" Harris to venture into hospitality.
Mr Harris decided to partner with Art of Bean co-owner Rebecca Riches to create the cafe because it felt natural to work in a collaborative space, he said.

His cafe shares its funky Maroochydore premises at Norval Ct with a photography studio, a beautician and makeup artist and an online clothing boutique. He said he loved the entrepreneurial culture of the Sunshine Coast.
"The Sunshine Coast already has a heap of entrepreneurs - it's blown me away how many are out there," he said. He said entrepreneurs were often driven and passionate, and created a positive culture.
"I think it supports culture a lot more, that's my stance on it - when people are passionate about what they do," he said. He agreed it would be great to see the community grow.
