Jamie Oliver to miss opening of Parramatta restaurant Trattoria
Jamie will cook, entertain and talk about his Food Revolution at the Sydney Opera House
CONSTRUCTION delays at his new restaurant in Parramatta mean Jamie Oliver will miss the official launch of Italian eatery Trattoria.
A spokeswoman from the Keystone Group, which manages Jamie’s Italian in Australia, said the opening of al fresco eatery Trattoria was “pushed back to May” despite Oliver being in the country for 10 days later this month.
The opening would have coincided with Oliver’s debut at the Opera House as part of Ideas at the House program on March 29, however he said was not overly concerned about missing the launch.
