Located at 255 Darling Street, the new instalment will follow its sister venue in the CBD’s King St and GHM’s Union Hotel in North Sydney, serving award-winning favourites such as homemade chicken liver pâté, bouillabaisse and crêpe suzette.

Husband and wife team Patrick and Angela Gallagher are hoping their authentic menus and fitouts will appeal to the Balmain locals.

"With an interior built from Parisian-inspired furnishings and a menu designed with tradition, innovation and quality produce at the forefront, Le Pub Balmain is the perfect spot for the cosmopolitan crowd of Balmain and its surrounding suburbs,” said GHM general manager Angela Gallagher.

This is the 12th venue for the group, which has enjoyed considerable success with both its French and particularly its Irish-themed venues around the city.
