Foodservice suppliers celebrate hospitality

The Foodservice Suppliers Association of Australia (FSAA) has announced the fourth Today & Tomorrow Conference, set to take place at Melbourne’s Museum Theatre on Monday, June 3. 

Scheduled to feature an array of key industry figures on a broad range of topical issues, the conference will provide a comprehensive overview of the challenges facing today’s foodservice industries. 

Speakers will include representatives from companies such as Hospitality Solutions, Incremental Marketing Group, BIS Foodservice and major sponsors Nestle Professional, discussing topics such as distribution, social media, the carbon tax, and the importance of passion and commitment. 

In the evening, the 5th Annual National Awards of Excellence will be held at the Melbourne Park Hyatt, bringing together foodservice suppliers from across Australia to celebrate the achievements of the industry’s best over the past 12 months. 

Twenty-two awards are set to be presented, including the induction to the FSAA Hall of Fame – the highest honour the industry can bestow upon an individual.
