The Collective Foundation has today announced a new partnership with Monash Business School and its Corporate Education arm to establish the Future Hospitality Academy – a dedicated centre of excellence to support the long-term sustainability of Australia’s hospitality industry.
The initiative builds on the Foundation’s mission to elevate the perception of hospitality as a rewarding and viable long-term career, while strengthening the pipeline of capable leaders across the sector.
The industry, which employs hundreds of thousands of Australians and plays a critical role in the nation’s economy and culture, continues to face challenges in attracting, developing, and retaining talent across all levels from front line operations to senior leadership.
Through this partnership, Collective Foundation and Monash Corporate Education will deliver a leadership development experience designed to equip hospitality sector managers and emerging leaders with the capability to lead high-performing teams, improve business outcomes, and build sustainable careers within the industry.
Chris Lucas, Founder of Collective Foundation and CEO of Lucas Collective is energised by the prospect of shaping the future of the hospitality industry, and is taking an active role in building the next generation of leaders.
