A new era for harbourfront events – Doltone House unveils 4,500sqm waterfront events destination
Doltone House is set to redefine Sydney’s event landscape with the unveiling of Doltone House Harbourside, a striking new 4,500sqm waterfront destination where architecture, atmosphere and experience converge. Brought to life by Australia’s 2025 Caterer of the Year, this landmark venue invites a new era of large-scale, design-led events on the edge of Darling Harbour, opening in 2027.
Set within Mirvac’s landmark $2 billion Harbourside redevelopment at Darling Harbour, this next-generation waterfront venue has been purpose-built to host events at scale, spanning over 4,500sqm of flexible event space, designed to host up to 1,250 guests in moments that feel both expansive and intimate. In addition, there is also a dedicated business centre for meetings and conferencing.
With uninterrupted floor-to-ceiling views across Sydney’s glittering harbour, shifting from golden hour to city-lit evenings, this venue on the iconic Darling Harbour waterfront is designed to host world-class conferences, gala dinners, corporate events and weddings.
With arrivals from the waterfront promenade and access via Pyrmont Bridge and future connectivity to the new Pyrmont Metro Station, the venue is uniquely positioned at the heart of Sydney’s convention and tourism precinct – just moments from Sydney’s International Convention Centre and Darling Harbour hotels.
The broader Harbourside redevelopment will deliver a significant improvement to the public domain, including a new waterfront park, an expanded promenade and a network of public open spaces.
“This is a defining moment for our business and for the future of events in Australia,” said Paul Signorelli, Executive Chairman of Doltone Hospitality Group.
“Doltone House Harbourside represents our vision for benchmarking a world stage venue that is architecturally striking, technologically advanced, and purpose-built to deliver extraordinary experiences at scale accompanied by our nationally acclaimed catering. We’re incredibly proud to bringthis to market and invite our clients to be part of it from the very beginning.”
