Marriott International signs agreement to debut AC Hotels in Sydney
Marriott International, Inc. (NASDAQ: MAR) has signed an agreement with Deicorp to introduce AC Hotels by Marriott to Sydney. Expected to feature 104-keys the new-build AC Hotel Sydney Hyde Metropolitan will occupy prime position opposite Hyde Park at 133 Liverpool Street in Sydney’s Central Business District, as part of a 55-storey mixed use development also comprising of luxury residential apartments and retail.

AC Hotel Sydney Hyde Metropolitan is expected to open late 2027, and plans to feature a ground-floor all-day dining restaurant, AC Bar & Lounge on level six, plus a grab-and-go food and beverage outlet, meeting rooms, AC Library, and a gym.
