Foodservice professionals celebrate industry excellence at the 2025 FSAA national awards
The Ballroom at Royal Randwick set the stage as the FoodService Association Australia (FSAA) announced the winners of the 2025 National Awards of Excellence.
Guided by Glenn Flood as MC, the evening brought together 400 foodservice professionals from
Australia’s largest manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers. The awards recognised individuals and organisations making a clear impact across the supply chain.
Honouring Industry Excellence
Key announcements included:
- Hall of Fame – Yezdi Daruwalla
- 2025 Chairperson’s Award – Shaun Christie-David
- Australian Foodservice Distributor of the Year – Galipo Food Company
- Australian Food Supplier of the Year – Lantmännen
- Australian Beverage Supplier of the Year – Bega Foodservice & Sanitarium
- Australian Packaging Supplier of the Year – Huhtamaki Tailored Packaging
- Australian Commercial Equipment Supplier of the Year – Unox Australia
- Australian Foodservice Innovation of the Year – Unilever Food Solutions
The Business Management Scholarship was awarded to David March (Unilever Food Solutions), and the Marketing Scholarship to Silvia Smarrelli (Bega Food Group). State-based distributor awards also recognised the reach and capability of supply chains across Australia.
Each announcement was met with strong applause and a sense of pride across the room.
