Rambla is continuing its strong growth trajectory, unveiling three new projects within its pipeline which are set to open their doors in 2024, in Brunswick, Melbourne and Kangaroo Point and Fortitude Valley in Brisbane.

The group – which has seen strong visitor traffic from locals, professionals and guests who tend to spend time working while on a trip – has two operational projects in Queensland within its portfolio, at
Perry House in Bowen Hills and South/City/SQ in Woolloongabba.

Rambla@Perry House in Bowen Hills, Queensland, brings together a communal rooftop space, 10m lap pool and spa, gym facilities, breakout spaces and a work-from home area, alongside industry-
leading design led by architecture practice SJB.

Perry House benefits from a number of location drawcards such as proximity to the Brisbane Convention Centre, Brisbane Showgrounds, entertainment precinct, Howard Smith Wharves, and more, while South/City/SQ benefits from Woolloongabba’s incredible hospitality scene, nightlife, access to south Brisbane, and sporting events at the Gabba.

Meanwhile, Rambla@South/City/SQ is part of a landmark development that offers guests facilities including a rooftop oasis featuring a lap pool, plush day beds and cabanas, sauna and steam room,
alongside communal BBQs and dining areas.

Guests also benefit from convenience at their doorstep with retailers including a full-line Woolworths supermarket, Angelika Film Centre, Priceline Pharmacy, self-care retailers, Market Organics, and Talisman Group eateries like Purple Palm, Casa Chow and Sasso Italiano within the precinct.

Rambla@Solarino House in Brunswick is located in one of Melbourne’s most-popular lifestyle precincts, boasting strong walkability, access to a bustling hospitality scene and connection to Melbourne’s nightlife, as well as a communal rooftop space, Mediterranean-style herb garden and ground-floor retailers.

Alongside the incredible facilities, Rambla has a focus on tech and features a contactless, digital check-in system providing added flexibility for guests including more options for arrival and departure
times, as well as digital keycards and Chromecast in rooms.

The group also has a key focus on sustainability, with Rambla’s initiatives including solar power, rainwater tanks, minimised waste and plastic, electric vehicle chargers, sustainable amenities, and energy-efficient appliances.

The brand is centred around five key tenets which define Rambla’s ethos – Roam Further, Work Better, Taste Adventure, Feel at Home and Get Away.
