IHG Hotels & Resorts partners with celebrity chef Dany Karam on new luxury development
IHG Hotels & Resorts has partnered with celebrity chef Dany Karam as the hotel giant unveils its seventh voco hotel in Australasia set to open in 2025.
The hotel is part of Gosford’s highly anticipated luxury development – a $375 million mixed-use development precinct overlooking Brisbane Water.
It will be in Archibald by ALAND. voco hotels is IHG’s fastest-growing brand within its premium collection with properties in 18 countries.
The development will include 320 residential apartments, a 130-room lifestyle hotel, hospitality venues and an outdoor pool with a swim-up bar.
voco Gosford’s guest rooms will have picturesque views of the Central Coast and measure up to 41 sqm, with executive suites of up to 54 sqm.
Guests can enjoy meals from the street-level pub and pizzeria, a rooftop sky bar and lounge, wellness centre and conference and event facilities.
Karam, the former Executive Chef at the award-winning restaurant Black Bar and Grill in Pyrmont, will head up the venue’s signature restaurant.
