Mövenpick makes itself at home in Melbourne

Mövenpick Hotel Melbourne on Spencer is set to open in May 2021.

The project is a collaboration between Global hotelier Accor and Singapore-based Fragrance Group.

The 172 room hotel is situated across from Southern Cross railway station.

It will be home to Miss Mi restaurant and bar, which will offer modern South East Asian cuisine and the hotel will offer a daily Chocolate Hour.

The hotel will include Mövenpick brand signature offerings such as a 25-metre swimming pool, sauna, gym and boardroom.

Accor and Fragrance Group also partnered up for Mövenpick Hotel Hobart which opened in January.

"Accor is planning more locations for Mövenpick across the Pacific and we believe this premium brand will quickly gain recognition for its culinary and service excellence."
