The Sebel brand to join Melbourne's New Mason Square Precinct
The Sebel brand is heading to Melbourne's newest precinct in Moonee Ponds.
The Sebel Melbourne Moonee Ponds will open in the Mason Square precinct - a new major urban renewal development comprising a residential, retail and dining hub, scheduled to open on November 1.
Spanning eight floors, the property offers 89 one-bedroom apartments, eight two-bedroom apartments all complete with balconies and full kitchen facilities. Other amenities include a fitness centre, meeting spaces, a New York-style restaurant known as Saros, and a ground floor space will be home to retailers and cafes, leased to external operators.
