2019 Perrier Aperitivo - Create an Icon Bartenders Competition 

 

Perrier and Appetite for Excellence challenge you to create an iconic cocktail that compliments and elevates Perrier’s blend of bubbles and balanced minerality.

This year’s competition will be judged by two of Australia’s best bartenders: Luke Ashton, Diageo’s 2013 World Class Bartender of the Year and owner of This Must Be the Place and Jenna Hemsworth, Head Bartender at Restaurant Hubert, 2018 Australian Bartender of the Year and the 2019 Australian Bacardi Legacy Champion.

The 2019 finalists will be flown to Sydney to make their cocktail for Luke, Jenna and the Perrier team as well as have their cocktails served at the Appetite for Excellence awards event attended by Australia’s food industry leaders. 

An amazing prize is up for grabs! The 2019 Perrier Aperitivo – Create an Icon winner’s prize will include a return Virgin Australia return flight from Sydney to Hong Kong and AU$1000 to spend whilst exploring the vibrant bar scene of Hong Kong.
