Ivy to launch four more laneway venues
The Ivy laneway precinct in the Sydney’s CBD will expand to include four new bars and eateries.
Little Felix will be the first venue to launch in July. Billed as the ‘little sister’ of French fine diner Felix, it will be spearheaded by head chef Nathan Johnson.
A new Lebanese eatery and bar on George Street will be led by head chef Simon Zalloua, with a menu focusing on legumes and vegetables cooked over charcoal. The venue will be split into two with a takeaway section at the front and a bar and diner at the back.
Totti’s Bondi executive chef Mike Eggert will head over to Palings Lane to launch an Italian bar and restaurant which will will take cues from the Bondi concept, with antipasto and wood-fired fare on the menu.
A Mexican venue on George Street will complete the new additions.
