Easy vegan recipe to update your menu
Vegan recipe ideas, vegan pizza bases are becoming so popular on all menus but sometimes it can be hard for chefs to think of some great toppings that are vegan friendly.
Our Vegan supreme is a perfect alternative to a standard supreme with meat and dairy, it’s light and tasty!
If you’re not a fan of any of the vegetables we used, you can easily swap them for others.It will still be as delicious because of our Letizza vegan pizza base!
Vegan Supreme Pizza Recipe

METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees C
- Spread the Letizza base with a 2 tablespoons of a Passata sauce
- Sprinkle over the base some vegan cheese available at your local supermarket, making sure you take the cheese to the edge of the pizza.
If you do not want to use vegan dairy free cheese, skip this step. - Chop your capsicums; red, yellow and green,
- Slice the mushrooms
- Slice your olives in halves
- Slice your tomato
- Once all vegetables are prepped, place the tomato around the pizza base
- Sprinkle the capsicum, olives and mushrooms on the base
- Sprinkle some basil over the base, can be fresh or dried
- Cook for 7 – 10 minutes or until the base is crispy
- If you like chilli sprinkle some chilli over the pizza to serve
- Your pizza is ready to serve!
