Cape Lodge in Yallingup goes on the market
WA rich-lister and co-founder of Navitas Peter Larsen is selling boutique hotel Cape Lodge in Yallingup.
The hotel on Caves Road opened in 1993 as a six-room luxury bed and breakfast and was extensively renovated in 2003 and again more recently. It currently features 22 guestrooms, a five-bedroom private residence, an award-winning restaurant, swimming pool, tennis court, spa and conference venue in a 16.5ha parkland and private vineyard.
“Cape Lodge is the most high-profile accommodation in the South-West and we expect investors will be drawn to the prospect of owning a trophy,” said Aaron Desange from selling agents CBRE.
The Margaret River region has gained global attention as a wine-producing region and has seen a surge in the number of international visitors over the past three years, according to Desange.
Expressions of interest close on May 9.
