Hayman Island by InterContinental gears up for 2019 opening
Mark Eletr has been appointed as resort manager at Hayman Island by InterContinental in the Whitsundays.
Eletr is one of several senior appointments to be announced, alongside Wensdae Lucas as HR manager and Lindsay Williams as rooms division manager.
Eletr was most recently vice president & regional director of operations at Karma Group in Asia.
The 166-room Hayman Island by InterContinental will open in July 2019 following a significant refurbishment including a new line-up of food and beverage experiences alongside local tourism activities and the introduction of new luxury suites, the beach house and residences.
