Made By The Hill comes to Western Sydney

Western Sydney is getting a new eatery.

Made By The Hill is a new multi-million dollar space created by award winning design firm TomMarkHenry, the same mob behind some of Sydney’s most popular bars and food venues including The Darlo Country Club, 1888 Certified and Bondi’s Best.

The launch party is this week on July 28.

It will have a modern menu with modern menu bursting with all sorts of fresh local ingredients and big flavours. There will be gourmet cheese and charcuterie boards, salads and pizzas. You can either eat them on their own or share with friends.

Made By The Hill is also bringing in Habberfield and Bondi institution Pasticceria Papa. It will be serving its famous baked ricotta cheesecake, cannoli and pistachio biscuits. And then there is Sydney’s cult favourite burger joint, Chur Burger. That will be there too, offering its gourmet burgers, fries and milkshakes.

At the bar, there will be a mixologist preparing the latest and coolest cocktails. The bar will also have craft beer and ciders. And there will be a range of local and international award winning wines.

It will be a spacious venue with an open floor plan and long tables for big groups. There will also be space for smaller catch ups at intimate booths.

“After more than 12 months of planning we are thrilled to open this huge new venue that is unlike anything else in Western Sydney,” Made By The Hill General Manager, Simon Greally told Spice News.

“Made By The Hill will bring everything you love about the City – the boutique bars and lounges, mouth-watering food and trendy cocktails straight to the heart of the west.”

And of course, the launch party will be done in true Western Sydney style.

There will actually be two launch parties with a lineup of DJs and entertainment.
