For the first time ever, Appetite for Excellence is giving two peoplethe chance to win a place on their annual six day produce tour this July.
The two winners will join 19 of Australia’s rising culinary stars to explore Queensland’s food and drink regions, from the Southern Queensland hinterland to the Sunshine Coast. The winners will be accompanied by culinary stars such as Dan Moss from Terroir Auburn, Clare Valley and Erinn Jordan from The Catbird Seat Bistro, Brisbane, who will guide them on this food tour experience visiting local farmers, beverage makersand fisherman.
The itinerary includes visits to beef and pork producers, throwing a line in with the fishers, alongside beverage makers and fruit and vegetables growers.
