The Waldorf Jump Multi Pan delivers variable heat across differing pan capacities from 29 litre, 40 litre, 100 litre, 150 litre and 200 litres.

Installations that utilise the multi pans regularly used as a griddle, there is an F (flat) version, the flat version is available in single pans. This raises the pan depth by 60mm and reduces the volume by 25%.

The Waldorf Jump Multi Pan pressure version is an option available on the 100 and 150 Litre models. This is ideally suited where speed and volume are critical.
