Seafood Cups

  • 250ml ZoOSh Thousand Island Dressing
  • 1.25kg Cooked Prawns, deveined
  • 250g baby cos lettuce leaves
  • 2 Lebanese cucumbers, cut in to ribbons
  • 1 bunch radish, julienned
  • 2 Avocados, chopped
  • Lemon wedges for serving
Seafood Cups for Easter with Zoosh dressing from Bega  


  1. Place the lettuce into the individual serving glasses. Top with cucumber, radish, avocado and prawns.
  2. Drizzle with the dressing. Serve immediately with a wedge of lemon.
