Luxury cars seized from Omeros restaurant dynasty owners

A Porsche, Lamborghini and a Ferrari have all been seized from a mega mansion that has been linked to Gold Coast’s Omeros restaurant dynasty.

The cars were confiscated at 8am on Monday from the luxury home on Knightsbridge Parade, Sovereign Islands.

According to property records the owner is Nick Omeros who was one of the founders of the Omeros Bros Seafood Restaurant at Marina Mirage.

The raid on the address was confirmed by police, however they said no further details could be provided for “operational reasons”.

When contacted by The Bulletin about the raid,Omeros said he “knew nothing about it”.

Nick’s son Harry, who is a former restaurateur, went bankrupt in 2019 after failing to pay the Australian Taxation Office $5.2 million.

The home in Sovereign Islands was previously registered for companies of which Harry Omeros, 34, was a listed director.
