New 300-seat restaurant and bar for Fortitude Valley
Fortitude Valley will welcome a new 300-seat restaurant and 250-square-metre rooftop bar as part of the Fortitude Valley FV development.
Foresters Restaurant and Bar will anchor the upcoming food and beverage precinct on Brisbane’s Brunswick Street, serving modern Australian dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
FV’s developer Tim Gurner teamed up with Signature Hospitality Group for the venue which is set to open in mid-June.
The menu will be led by executive chef Peter Popow with an emphasis on good quality pub food such as parmigianas, pizzas, burgers and steaks.
“A big part of the food experience will be working with local farmers and producers to create seriously good food that doesn’t take itself too seriously,” Popow said.
Rooftop bar Altitude at Foresters will be located on the sixth floor of FV’s third tower, and feature an extensive cocktail and drinks lists and a smaller food menu.
