Gas and Electric Oven Ranges

Gas models feature removable 33MJ open burners for efficient heat, with 40% of flame ports centered for even distribution. Cooktops can be configured with burners, 20mm thick griddle plates, and 20MJ griddle burners per 305mm section, or durable chargrills with 2x 20MJ inline radiant burners per 305mm section and ceramic rocks to enhance heat retention and flavour, while dual-position reversible grates add multifunctionality.

 

The range includes gas or electric static, fan-forced, and convection oven options to suit different workflows, all gastronorm compatible with thermostatic control from 100°C to 280°C. Built with fully welded stainless-steel bodies, insulated oven cavities, vitreous enamel interiors, ergonomic handles, and heat resistant control knobs.
Electric models feature 2kW cast iron hot plates. The flexible modular design allows for configurable cooktops, including the option of 12mm-thick griddle plates with 6kW heating elements per 305mm section for even, consistent cooking. Ovens are available in electric static, fan-forced, or convection options all with 3-position gastronorm racking and thermostatic control. Stainless-steel construction, easy-clean enamel interiors, indicator lights, and heat-resistant knobs complete the design.

Gas and Electric Cooktops

Goldstein cooktops are designed for durability, precision, and performance in commercial kitchens. Gas models feature removable high-performance 33MJ open burners for consistent, even heat. Modular options include griddles and chargrills. Griddle sections use 20mm thick mild steel plates and 20MJ burners per 305mm section, ideal for searing and grilling.

 

Chargrill sections feature heavy-duty cast iron reversible grates, flat or angled and two inline radiant 20MJ burners per 305mm, with optional ceramic rocks for added flavour.
Electric models feature durable 2kW cast iron hot plates with 6-position heat control, and optional griddle sections with 12mm thick mild steel plates and thermostat control from 50–300°C.
With flexible installation options – bench mounted on stands with undershelf, or cupboard stands—Goldstein cooktops offer the flexibility chefs need. Built tough, easy to clean, and easy to service, they’re made to meet the demands of every kitchen.

Available in gas or electric models, they feature thick mild steel plates for even heat and long lasting durability.

 

Gas models include 20MJ burners per 305mm section beneath a heavy-duty 20mm griddle plate. Electric models use 6kW elements with thermostat control and a 12mm thick plate.The modular design allows flexible configuration and installation, with options for bench mounting, stands with undershelf, or cupboard bases. Goldstein chargrills are built to deliver bold flavour, powerful performance, and long-term durability in busy commercial kitchens. Featuring fully welded stainless steel construction and heavy-duty cast iron grates with two cooking patterns, these units feature flat or angled grilling options to suit different styles.

 

Each 305mm section is powered by two 20MJ inline radiant burners for consistent heat, with optional ceramic rocks to boost heat retention and enhance smoky flavour.
