The Swiss Modern Santoku Damast is no ordinary knife. Representing ancient craftsmanship, its blade is made from Damascus steel - a tough material used throughout Victorinox’s history, but never before in a kitchen knife which further cements the brand as one of the world’s leading knife manufacturers.
Each knife is unlike the other, with ergonomic handles made from European walnut wood in hues of rich grain and dark brown for a contemporary and comfortable feel.
