UNOX Australia will, again, be operating dual show stands at this year’s Fine Food Australia show at the brand new International Convention Centre – Darling Harbour, Sydney – Monday, 11th to Thursday, 14th September.

Stand #HJ48 will feature the MIND.Maps combi ovens in action, with Live Cooking demonstrations run by our Corporate Chefs, throughout the 3 days. You can also view our – ChefTop, BakerTop, LineMissTop, and LineMiss ranges. Our growing National Sales team will be on site, each day, to answer any questions you may have in relation to how your business could benefit with the inclusion of UNOX oven technology.

Whilst on Stand #HK52 we will be demonstrating the SpidoCook contact grill technology. You will have the opportunity to witness the ease in which these machines can cook a variety of different food types, quickly, hygienically and with very little mess, clean up or fuss.

Again this year, we are very lucky to welcome back Christopher Thé from Black Star Pastry to demonstrate how his Patisseries around Australia produce their amazing delights with the UNOX technology. Other guest chefs will be announced closer to the event.
