Kerzner brings One&Only to Australia

Australia's peak national industry body Tourism & Transport Forum (TTF) has welcomed the news Hayman Island resort in the Great Barrier Reef will be re-launched as One&Only Hayman Island in April 2014 under the management of Kerzner International.

TTF chief executive Ken Morrison said the agreement "represents a significant investment in quality product at the top end of the Australian tourism market".

"Kerzner has an outstanding reputation as a world leader in luxury resort properties and will bring its expertise and innovation to Hayman, positioning it as a leader in the Australian accommodation market."

Morrison said the One&Only brand would also enable Hayman to benefit from Kerzner's marketing and distribution reach.
