Choice Hotels Asia-Pac, one of the region’s leading hotel franchise groups, has extended its franchise partnership with Melbourne CBD property, Clarion Suites Gateway.

Following a successful 15-year franchise agreement that commenced in 2003, Choice Hotels Asia-Pac and Clarion Suites Gateway have re-signed their arrangement for a further 15-year term.
Choice Hotels Asia-Pac’s Chief Executive Officer, Trent Fraser, said the announcement holds particular importance as the central Melbourne property was the first Clarion-branded hotel in Australia to join the accommodation group.
“This is a significant business milestone for Choice Hotels Asia-Pac as we renew our agreement with Clarion Suites Gateway, our first Clarion branded hotel to launch in this market 15 years ago, and we now look ahead to another prosperous 15-year partnership.
