The Bavarian to open 400 seat venue in Maroochydore
Rockpool Dining Group is preparing to open a 400 seat restaurant at the newly developed Sunshine Plaza in Maroochydore.
Opening in November, The Bavarian Sunshine Plaza will offer a mix of 20 traditional and local beers on tap, and a food menu that includes signature pork knuckles, classic and gourmet sausages and schnitzels.
Rockpool CEO Thomas Pash told The Courier Mail they had spent a year sourcing the right location.
“Our data shows the Coast has a strong market for this,” he said. “And the Plaza’s redevelopment is perfect for our brand.”
