Food and Hospitality Queensland was launched with great success in August 2018. It attracted great support and attendance from both exhibitors and visitors alike. It targets the lucrative retail, foodservice and tourism industries in this growing market. The show will be held in August 2019 and then every second year after that.

Queensland is an exciting market that encompasses a growing population, booming tourism industry and increasing sophistication. Food and hospitality sit right at the centre of these trends.

Food & Hospitality Queensland is a new event that showcases the latest, food, drink and equipment for your business. If you work in a cafe, restaurant, hotel, supermarket, club or resort then you should be coming along to meet the suppliers and discover new ideas. You can literally taste the new food trends and try out the latest equipment.


This exciting event will be staged at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre from 4-5 August 2019. Everything is under one roof so you can easily get around and see everything. There will be over 150 exhibitors plus special events including the Queensland Chef of the Year, the Aged Care Catering Summit and Cafe School. Entry is free but you must work in a food or hospitality business. Note this is a business event. There is no public entry. All visitors must be over 16 and work in a retail, food or hospitality business. Children under 16 are not permitted.
